To contact him via email, you need to use JPay: https://www.jpay.com/
On the website, find him by filling out the boxes for Virginia and his inmate ID number 2139279. Then select his name from the resulting list and create an account with your email address and password. Once logged in you can buy stamps and send him an email, attachments, and return stamp the same as before.

There is also a JPay app you can download for your phone.

To send him a comment, go to the Guest Book and fill out the form. I’ll include any comments in my weekly email to Dave.
